The sun comes up and goes down the same way each and every day, so how come some of the days are about family, fun, happiness and some are about surviving. You have to appreciate every day of your life and live it the fullest.
You are the only person who can turn a day from negative to positive just by simply changing Your attitude!
I saw a facebook post about how much work days suck and that how much people are waiting for the weekends because that’s the time when they can do whatever they like. This topic absolutely inspired me to write this article. I LOVE MONDAYS. Why? Because I go for a yoga class in the morning, I love that the world gets busy, that I can work on my projects, I can see the kids on the streets walking with their cute school bags and that I have the opportunity to do whatever I want because as I change my attitude, the entire world changes.
1.) There’s is no such thing as a shitty day!
This is total bullshit, of course all of us have terrible days. So how can we finish this day better or learn from it? Those are the most important questions. Why is this happening to me? Am I supposed to learn something from it? Does it happen often to me? What do I hate most? Make a list of the things You hate in your day and turn them into “positive”. You are fully responsible and you have the ability to make it better. What if this is your last Monday? I know this sounds awful but please try to enjoy every second and live the life you really want. Getting up in the morning was my biggest problem. I turned it into the most amazing thing: I start with playing with my dog in the woods or horseback riding. It is the most relaxing thing to see how happy my animals are if I take the time and play with them. If you have something on you list like: I hate mondays, because I have to go to work: Man, you have to change something and start to live the life you really want! Turn coffee drinking into a fun ceremony, or do some sports in the morning, whatever makes you happy.
2.) Don’t let it pull You down, MOVE ON!
If there are things, people or anything else that is stopping You to live every day to the fullest try to move on and change your attitude. It’s not them or the work place neither your partner who’s pulling you down. It is you, who is letting people and situations bring you down. I love when people tell me: That everything is ok except their workplace pulls them down! I always say: this is a very easy problem to fix! Solve the things you don’t like in your job or change and move on. Every single one of us have difficulties: if you can solve them and change, your life will be truly amazing, if they seem bigger what you can handle get some help from a friend or a professional! 3.) Take the time to do something you love to do!
There is no excuse for why you couldn’t do something you enjoy and love. List out the things You love to do and schedule them in your week. You will see how much those activities can make a difference in your everyday life. I personally know how crazy work gets for me in the middle of the week so I start every Wednesday with a tennis class and a massage. That doesn’t suck I promise.
