The world is amazing and colorful because of all it’s different nations, religions, habits and groups of people. How comes all of us are looking for the same thing? happiness.
Happiness is a momentary feeling, that you can make last a lifetime if you learn how to avoid the first to ways and try the third one on my list. The only key for having happiness each and every day of your life is a positive mindset. That positive thinking can keep the moment for days, month and years alive. Positive thinking is not something that just comes into your life, normally you have to work on it and keep yourself in that positive flow even in difficult times.
Happiness is like a Butterfly!
1)Some people catch it, kill it and put it in a collection!
These type of people immediately have to ruin the wonderful moment of happiness. They not only ruin the moment, they don’t give the chance for others to enjoy that feeling. Many people think that if they start to collect anything that brought the moment of happiness in their life, their collection will keep them happy. Of course ,many of us attach happiness to a person, a life event or material values. You have to let all of them free to be able to feel it’s wonderful power. You can’t keep a person or anything in Your collection to make You feel happy. Enjoy the moment and save the feeling not the thing attached to the feeling!
2)Some people walk by it!
How many times do you walk by the happiness moment? You sleep 8 hours a day, you probably work also around 8 hours, you have 8 hours for your private life. You know how many seconds, moments this includes? Even if You don’t really find happiness in your job you still have 8hours, 28800 seconds of wonder. Do You even realize these moments. Do you see the little flower in the middle of a crazy busy city? And the butterfly sitting on the flowers? Don’t walk by the moments. They are all waiting you to figure it out and if you have it you can keep it for a lifetime.
3)Some people just take a look, save that moment forever and the same time they let it go!
This is the right way to happiness. Being in the moment and not wanting to control it. If you let one moment go, you have place for a new one. You will see how many and moments you can let in and let go. Open your eyes and heart. Please make a list of the wonderful moments of your day. Keep doing i for 3-4 days and check how much longer the list gets day after day. . .
