As I mentioned in my skiing article you need to have the correct equipment to have a happy and content life. If you’re missing the ski boots you will have a difficult time to ski down the mountains even if you have the best clothes and skis. That’s where my inspiration came from to collect the 3 most important things you need to have for an awesome and wonderful life.
The main goal is to make Your Body, Your Mind and Your Soul work together in harmony so you can live a healthy happy life forever.
Here is the List of the must have things for a healthy happy life:
1) Healthy Body:
“Take care of your body, it’s the only place you have to live. ” Jim Rohn
To keep your Body in shape is one the most important and essential things in life. I’m not talking about being a gym rat or going crazy about what and how much you eat. I am speaking about self-respect towards your whole being. Your heart, lungs and different organs are working pretty hard every day to keep you going. Please don’t make their job difficult with poisoning your body with smoking, eating crap food constantly or drinking too much alcohol. Take walks, get a good night sleep and try to eat well… Your body needs it like you won’t believe.
2) Positive Mind :
“The mind is everything. What you think You become.” Buddha
Couple of weeks back I wrote an article about the power of your mind. Click here to read it! You have to keep your “head clear” to have positive, optimistic, creative and wonderful thoughts.
Quite easy to do so:
-Use Positive Affirmations each morning before you get out of your bed! In the beginning I forced myself to do this, but later it definitely made a huge positive influence on my way of thinking the whole day.
-Get Some Air! Deep breath in and out… Your mind needs to get oxygen to keep working!
-Eat one little piece of chocolate! It gives you a slight endorphins boost. I personally love it!
3) Happy Soul:
“Happiness resides not in possessions, and not in gold, happiness dwells in the soul.” Democritus
A happy soul puts your entire life in a different perspective. You feel that everything is so wonderful and it makes you relaxed and calm. It just simply feels right!
-Use questions so your soul can show you what he/she truly desires. I love to ask my soul to guide me towards the directions my true self wants to go. Just Listen! If you do it right you will feel a warm loving feeling in your heart.
-Meditate or listen to relaxing, healing music!
All 3 of them have a very close relationship with each other. Your body, mind and soul are working together. They are a team and you can not take them apart. If there is a problem in one, each part will try to send you signs so you can help to fix it. It is very interesting that they can give you emotional and physical symptoms as well.
How to Read the message of Your Body, Mind and Soul?
- Do I feel happy?
- Am I healthy?
- Is my brain sharp?
- Do I have lots of energy?
- Am I content?
- Do I feel love and peace in my heart?
If all the answers are Yes, than you are in harmony. If not keep practising the above mentioned tips and you will shortly get there!
