Most of the people want to know how to be happy in life? The first thing you need to do is ‘Open up for Happiness’! Sounds like an advertisement but it has a very deep meaning behind it. Positive things, love, success, fun, health can only step into your life if You have “yourself” open.
How to Open Up for Happiness?
I had some “down” periods in my life when I totally closed myself. I didn’t want to see people, I didn’t want to work or have fun and nothing could motivate me at all. I am sure You are also familiar with these feelings. The only way out is: to start to open yourself again. Day by day you will get closer to the happier yourself.
Open Your Heart!
Do something You love to do and while you are doing it focus on the feeling what you have in your heart. This is the feeling you should feel every second of your life! These exercises are helping you to realize what you feel when you are happy and content. If you can have it for an hour you can have it for 24 hours as well. Take a yoga class, meditate, go to church, go to a temple, go jogging, horseback riding, skiing, dancing or do whatever is important to you. The point here is to do something what you love!
Remember that feeling and keep it for longer and longer each day!
Open Up for New Friendships!
Start conversations with new people and be open for new relationships. These new conversations can give you answers, help or advise. You will see how amazing it is that as you slowly open you will attract better and better people. Just listen, probably there are some people out there who will need your help or advise in their life’s.
Open up and start to have conversations to attract new fresh wonderful relationships!
Open Your Doors!
Make a dinner or lunch party for your friends and family. Open your doors and make people feel welcome at your place. This is normal for some but many people don’t have an open house policy. It shakes up the energies in the house and makes you easy going. The first bigger party in my house was stressing me out like you won’t believe. At the 3rd one I already started to enjoy myself and I didn’t freak out because of the dishes or a broken glasses. Raise the number of people you invite, you will see how spontaneous you will get with 5 people if you had the week before with 20.
Open house policy can give you a lot of self confidence and make you much more easy going!
Open Up For New Things!
Eat something new, drink something new, make a new playlist, watch something else on TV, try new sports, flirt with a boy/girl, go on a night-drive in your car, go on trip alone and make new friends etc. I could make you a list with hundreds of examples.
