What you need is a mental habit of paying attention carefully and completely, to what is happening right Now. You have to be curious and amazed, to enjoy, to love.
Your mind (your own “camera”) is there for you every day, start to collect pictures in it about all the great things around you. Each day is a new page in your collection. Make a difference and make every day count!
3 Simple Ideas How Not To Miss Wonderful Moments in Life?
1) Stop for a Moment!
Try not to walk by the small beauties of your life. You have to keep calm, slow down, take a deep breath and give the chance to yourself to feel what is real. I have a new morning routine which is sunrise yoga in the woods. Slowing down and watching nature wake up is one of the best and most fascinating experiences for me. I use that picture during the day to calm down and relax.
Find a picture what you can use in difficult moments to slow down! You can also use the simplest thing, slowing down your breath. Just close your eyes and start to breathe slowly. It will help you calm and be in the moment.
2) Look Around You!
Look behind the things and you will see how many miracles are hidden around you. Focus on the positive so you can get a very clear and nice shot of how amazing life is. Try to look for the positive situations, almost like on a vacation if you look for a great photo in you album. You want to have the best view. Look for the nice memory pics. I collect positive smiles and situations in my head. It is very nice to remember a smile from your childhood bakery or a scene you have seen of an old couple sitting on a bench, looking at each other with deep love.
Look for the wonderful moments in life! Start to write them down! It will change the way you think, you act and the way you are!
3) Appreciate Yourself and Life!

You can feel your body, alive, breathing, and use all your senses to connect you to the present moment. Wonderful moments in life of connection are the most valuable gifts you can receive. Appreciate all the good shots you took so far with your little camera and be open to take as many wonderful ones as you can.
Be grateful and make a habit of listing out what you appreciate at the end of each day!
